domain ChipInfo.com - appraisal please

Hi,

I was wondering how you would value the domain chipinfo.com (listed at flippa at the moment). It's capable of having mulitple uses but I'm in doubt about the commercial value of it in regards to price. I was thinking $500-800 myself.

Maybe you could offer it to http://www.chip.info/ and point out that some people might accidentally type in chipinfo.com? I don't know if that actually happens

Think about who would use this, and how. It's very limited.
Then consider the industry of those potential buyers and how lucrative they are. Then consider how many alternatives there will be for sale at $xx and low $xxx, and even hand reg alternatives for $9.

Unless someone for some reason really takes to this it's not worth a lot, $xx if you even manage to sell it.

You'd likely have to get creative to sell this one, and that means time and effort, which isn't worth it for the return you'll get imo.
