A more accurate way to get an idea of a term's popularity and use is to put those terms inside the quotes ... where "information tech" on Google reveals 1,070,000 returns ... which is still pretty good, but not quite the numbers you posted.

It's a nice name, but I wouldn't consider it a premium. The com is a weak-looking page (with zeeeero optimization) of some company in Bakersfield, while the net and org are redirected to choicenames. You may get low xxx to an end-user.
