Today I tried to register one .info, at my domain $8, ~$7.50 with bargaincat.com code, at godaddy $2,99 + icann fee,
Are there left any sites where I can register .info paying less then $2?

Yes the MyDomain.com cheap .info's have closed but Domain.com will take "bargaincat.com" for $1.03, they are owned by the Mydomain.com & Dotster.
