I think that Chakra is more related to Indian culture than Chinese.
In any case is a very hard domain to appraise. If you try to sell it on the forum I'm quite sure you can't even cover the regfee, but I'd not be surprised to see a XXX or low X.XXX sale on this in the future (this mean I think is not impossible, not that is likely to happen).
