Please note, some letter changed to cyrilic but the name is full latin
Just got this one today. Looking at all similar sites' traffic, the interest is there.
I think the domain fits the niche perfectly.

As a stand alone domain your looking at maybe reg-fee.

Can't really see any buyers out there for this one.

Good Luck.

This one would have to be developed to have any decent value. I don't see much of a brandable market for it, if there is one it'll be quite tough to sell given it's a very acquired taste.

I don't find any usage for this domain name.
Even if developed the functionality of only searching for cemeteries is too limited.
Also, even if developed, the combined words of "cemetery" and "search" may be too depressing for anyone to even consider to type and enter nor to remember it as a stand alone.
It's not a brandable domain.
This domain has a low exact match monthly searches(Source: Google Keyword Planner): 1,600
Even a single word, like cemetery.com only receives 90,500 exact match monthly searches(Source: Google Keyword Planner).

The value of this domain name is Reg fee.

Even if there were value in "cemeterysearch.com", the cyrilic characters (the "e" from what I can tell) completely destroys any possible value. $0

svede: the domain is not with the cyrilics. it's the full latin domain :)
Thank you guys for the opinions. I still like the domain and partly disagree with the reg fee valuations.
Yes, the domain will either need one unique buyer with a plan to enter the market or will have to be developed and marketed in order to gain more value. There should be a reason that it have never been dropped since 1998 right?
Similar developed sites are interment.net, billiongraves.com, findagrave.com. Depressing? Maybe. High interest? Definitely.
Brandable? Why not? You would do exactly what the keywords state. Search in and for cemeteries.

DZ, I am confused why you mentioned Cyrillic characters, then. Also, when I compared the "e" in your OP, it is not the normal "e" - i.e., I could not get to the domain by entering "cemeterysearch.com" - is that a typo on your part? If not a typo, it is worth $0 for sure.

:) If you do a whois on the domain and it comes back as registered in '98 then you got the correct domain.
I just don't like search engines giving the thread some ranking so I changed a couple of letters in the domain to the similar looking cyrilic ones.

That was a really confusing thing to do. Ensured I did not comment.

I understand now. For all our sakes, explain it better next time, because people use non- latin characters all the time as the actual domain name and it sounded like that was what you were saying.

As for value for all latin chars, I think it could do well as a genealogy research site (searching cemeteries). Still, while genealogy is huge, this a niche market of that market. I'd say it would probably sell mid-high $xx for reseller. It's best value would be in development. I'd say mid-high $xxx if developed or to the right enduser.

hope that helps!

In some other forums I visit, this is a common practice as just adding spaces between the letters does not help.
Anyways, I will hold on to it for a few years and see what happens

Yeah, I have no problem with the practice, just advising to better explain it (wasn't clear at all to me) as you probably lost a lot of comments due to that.

Best of luck with the domain!
