I actually did not see any TM issues with number one. I like it. I just don't like .net my reasoning is .net will become weak by thousands of tlds hitting the markets in the next years. Same with the second one. First one about 40 to 50 Second one around 20 bucks.

The 1st registered domain (or was it 1st period? Can't recall) was a .net. No, the .net will never go away. It'll always be there, a step away from .com's shadow.
