I know someone who runs this exact type of business. You pay them they bring in the tables, staff, etc.
It is very popular for corporate and private events.

This would be an incredible buy for that type of business.

Great demand according to the reached price.
But it makes hope for hotter verticals targeted on the "elite". I predict more sales in names that target "elites" in near future. Casino is a good vertical for it.
Eiltes are earning a lot more in the last years as they did in last 20 years before, and are willing to invest more money in digital assets. No matter if for offline or online entertainment.
This will increase damatically in next years, while names for the working class will suffer a lot.
It`s just my opinion. So yes, investing in a nice .com from that vertical makes common sense. Selling it for a bargain of 800 means no vision or urgent demand for some quicker bucks.
