I have a gold account, expires in September 2024, yet I cannot bid in auctions. IT says "I need to upgrade first".

What is going on? can a mod help me? thanks

We are not seeing any restrictions on your account that would prohibit you from bidding in another members auction.

1. Be sure you are in the auction section and logged in to your account.
2. Be sure the auction your are trying to bid in is not Locked/Closed

If you provide a link to the auction you are trying to bid in, we can try to help troubleshoot this matter further.
