Hi,

I got a new site Best Article This site contains 22, 938 articles in 29 categories. The business logic for this site is just by adsense for starting. The very first problem is indexing by Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Is it possible to index this site in 10 -15 days and start getting $1 -$2 dollors a day. If yes, then how?

What I can think of posting sitemap urls in blogs, forums, public groups, bookmarking etc. Can anyone suggest me some out of the box idea?

Thanks in advance.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Try getting some inbound links from sites that are already indexed by google, yahoo, etc. You can also submit your site to google for it to be crawled by using http://google.com/addurl.html. If you do that then there shouldn't be any reason your site doesn't get crawled or listed in about 10 to 15 days.

Question is to index whole site and not only index page. Thanks

It usually takes about 6 weeks to get your site indexed if using this. It's better to concentrate on inbound links to every page of your site. That's the fastest way. You'd better not use automation software to submit your site, that's the fastest way to get banned.
I undersatnd your desire to have everything done as soon as possible, but you'll need patience here.
Good luck!

PR 3 or PR 4 links will also do if they are linking to your inner pages. Also all inner pages links are not required. even if 2% of inner pages are being linked from other sites then your site's 70 to 80 percent pages will start getting indexed in 15 days or so.

Just use natural anchor text as if someone is giving it as reference. Or its just over there is normal talk.

Have tried this trick before and by only getting 20 inner pages links I had 55k pages index in google right now. But it has taken 4 or 5 months for me.

Hello! I'm new here to seo, could you explain what's meant by natural anchor texts?

@Novelty

An Anchor Link is when a keyword is being linked anchor link instead of a full URL being posted such as a http://www.yourdomain.com type of link.

@Mr Kumar

Google is probably not indexing your pages due to the fact that all your page titles are not unique, only "Articles by Category" and "Viewing Article" are showing as your Page titles and on top of that your URL structure for all your pages is for example http://www.bestarticle.org/abc.php?CatID=4 which is not SEO friendly and more working against you. And almost all your pages will be regarded as duplicate content because of these page titles all being the same and therefor the Google spider will not crawl any further or index your pages.

It encounters the same page title over and over again and will stop indexing to save resources.

Same for the actual pages where the articles can be read, which also hold the same Page titles.

http://www.bestarticle.org/view_article.php?num=11700

That is really counter productive for your SEO strategy to gain better SERP's (Search Engine Result Position) and indexing in other SE's (Search Engines) then Google.

Google can index pages with view_article.php?num=11700 but it's not helping you to make things easier for Google.

1:You need to rewrite your URL's to be more SE friendly.
2: You need unique descriptive Titles and meta tags such as description and keywords would also be nice

3: Try to get some high PR links, above PR 5 preferably

Perhaps you're better of finding a more SEO friendly article script? Instead of customizing the one you're using now?

Thanks Nick, I'll do that for sure. I think this will make my task easy. As you said you got 55k pages in google index, so how much $$ you are getting from adsense now? Anything else you did to work it right? Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Really Thanks. I'll make sure of unique Page Title, Pages description and keywords. I'll also use url rewrite and try to get PR6+ backlinks.

I don't know If I can change the script or not. CAn you suggest some script where I can use the same database.

Again, thank you so much for your help. Repo added.

On Hot Scripts there are a lot of available scripts for Article sites both Free and Commercial.

Which offer SEO friendly URL management.
It would make things so much easier for you Kumar.

It would not be as easy as you think to acquire PR 6 links from relevant pages from websites that hold the same type of theme that the page you want the PR 6 link to link to.
Lower PR pages are also good to get more spider visibility for your pages overall.

I would make the URL structure of your website your priority and go from there.
Because this is the main reason your site is not getting indexed properly.

You will think I am thick in head but I haven't put adsense on it :D

So Zero dollars earning from adsense.

In real I haven't put any ads on it. It was just a hobby project.
