Established can you all help me a site for sale is it worth it?

hello everyone
I am looking at buying a website an need advice(I hope I am in the right area to post this) any advice is appreciated!!
the website in question is for sale on ebay( I know ebay is known for junk) but this one caught my eye.. I need to know if its a mistake or a great buy?here is the site in question

here are my concerns...................
1. he has "0" feedback!
2. he is in Denmark( not local for assistance)
3.he dropped the price to 1800.00 usd after intense negotiation
4.if i had a great site I in no way would drop nearly 75% in my asking price!

on the positive side
1. he was very pleasant and took alot of time going over everything
2. he allowed me access to his paypal account
3. he receives approx 700/mo in sales
4. spends 150 /mo google to advertise it.
5. I do not feel I can get a site built like that for 1800.00 or could I?

With all this being said,am I missing something here?? I know he has a pr of 2 and few if any links, so it"s not well optimized, but for 1800.00 I in a way feel its not a bad deal?? or is it?
I realize this is not a expensive site but... who wants to toss out $1800.00 dollars?
could I do better having someone here make me a site? is there something fishy about this website? or is it a good deal? I know you folks here are very experienced and can help ,or even refer me to someone to build me a website. I am really looking for a easily ran site, not adult related ,and one that wont take too much time to run since I have a day job.This site seemed to fit what I am looking for and it is in my budget........any ideas????

Leave it alone.

Just an affiliate site. You can get your phone unlocked almost anywhere at least here in the uk and for around $8. You can also get the unlocking software and codes for free off the net if you scout around.

Dont give this guy 1800 for an affiliate site - not worth it.

Don't do it. If you look around more on ebay you can get the unlocking software for like $10. As far as the site, TURNKEY

I am hoping that you mean showed you screen shots... If you really mean that this guy gave you his paypal login and you "had access" to his paypal account, then something is really wrong here. Unless of course, I am just really paranoid.

Also, I think the site is nice, but I have to agree on the beware factor.

If you have an extra $1800 and you can get support from this person when you have a glicth in the script or website then I say give it a shot. Because even though the unlock software can be had for a few bucks, not everyone can build a site like that.

Additionally, if you promote it properly I think it could work even though free unlock code and other inexpensive unlock software tools could be found elsewhere.

Now going back to the other side of the fence, I have to agree with "ralxz" - either this person created his new ebay user account for the sole purpose of selling this site OR perhaps he plans to sell many of these types of "template sites". Either case could be a little scary, but with any new business, you take your risks.
