If it's such a great name, why not just sell it yourself and cut out the middleman? Or, why not put a buy-it-now price on it and just set it and forget it? After all, names in that price range should sell themselves...

A good broker can handle big names much better and if they are really good , they get much more out of the domain than their cost. Look at DnJournal - how many private sales without a broker do you see? One of those is now handling mine. And it may very well make that board next month.
