Can I transfer the name within 60 days under these conditions?

Moving to another registrar but same person?
Same email address and same name?
My issue is with the provisioning of NameJet
I almost cry when I know that it’s snapnames is the one that caught the name as I will be fated with a new account in a pretty unknown registrar and then I forget after 60 days to move the name
And guess what after 12 months I forget to renew it as that registrar’s emails go to my junk mail... I guess that’s how they make money

If it's a new registered .com domain, the domain is locked at Registry level. I guess there's nothing you can do. Just set the alarm on your clock to alert you in 60 days, and then transfer the domain where you want.
