Can I sell .co.in domain to international customer?

I am in India and I have a .co.in domain.

I'm planning to sell it. If a international customer wants to buy it, can I transfer it to his account? or can I only transfer it to another Indian's account only?

You can sell and transfer the .co.in domain to anyone else you wish too.( We are assuming there r no technical transfer issues).
