question Can Estonia e-resident register .it domain ?

I find a interesting thing regarding estonia in the link below.

My questiosn is can estonia e-resident register .it domain ?
because only European can register .it as I know, I am not sure e-resident is ok ?
Has anyone tried it

I don't know for .it, but I had used EuropeRegistry.com to register Europe limited domains. The price is rather high and they also charge for set up fee. But I got the domains at least. They will provide someone name to register for you if they trust you. You can try to approach to their support.....
