Can anyone else offer directi reseller accounts?

I am in need of a directi reseller account (aka domainclub), but I don't have the $200 funds to start up my own. Can anyone create a sub reseller account that has the same promos? I'm just curious if it's possible. Or is there a markup?

Mostly interested in the $4.99 .nets right now.
