Can anybody tell me what is Brandbucket push?

I am new to brandbucket & couple of my domains got accepted there but not published yet. Due to some personal reason, I have to sell some of those domains. Now, can anyone tell me what is brandbucket push? Can unpublished domains be pushed to another brandbucket account or it is just for the published domains? If unpublished but accepted domains can be pushed to another account, how to do that? Thanks in advance!!
