My answer would be.. YES.. It is worth a low to mid $XXX value..

+ Clearly not a cams.net or cams.com, but anyway a short, exact match
+ .GG could match fine with CAMS as i would relate it to snap chat things.. GG=Giggles?

I think true value of such a domain is realized when developed.. Maybe you can buy a cams site from flippa or develop one with feverr and give it this domain name.. Residual income is what counts here
