It sounds good in theory but might violate securities laws. I’m not interested so I won’t spend the time researching.

 

I received the mail too few hours ago and still pondering on the survivability of the idea long term.

 

in this case not so much long term as on the contract you can read:

* On June 1st, if no exchange exists, you have the option to keep your shares or sell them back to me for a 100% refund.

 

People always forget about the securities laws, when that's your background you know to stay away.

 

better to stay off than future regret when slammed with cease and desist + fines

 

With so many shysters still in this industry, I just can't see this getting off the ground, and becoming mainstream. I wouldn't risk my money in these plans.

 

What is the security in these sort of investments?
