.mobi Bulk .mobi domain buyers???

Are nameking.com, domaindoorman.com, belgiumdomains.com, and capitoldomains.com all companies set up to buy .mobi and other domain names? Are they all the same company?

It looks like they all bought over 147000 domain names in the last month but I've never heard of them.

I personally cannot see .mobi taking off.

Trying to use a standard mobile phone to browse the internet is tedious, time consuming and in general a disappointing experience.
