This will also allow you to see if your buddies have blocked you.

The above pretty much explains it, this site/script will allow your visitors to check if their buddies are online for ICQ, AIM, and Yahoo!, which also means they can check if their buddies have blocked them.

This site will need no work, it runs it self.
