Here is an idea to raise its value

You'll get alot of "regfee" appraisals. Simple reason: Some LLN.org domains are still available/unregged. This is also why http://3character.com/priceguide.html (seems to be a "hot price" list for alot of NPers, albeit some will argue over those numbers/values) list LLN.org's as "RegFee". And, unless I am missing something, I don't see "BT"+"5" having special meaning.

Care to make yours more valuable? A fast way to jump-start that is to make them no-longer available (ie: go reg the rest :p ). The following are all still available as of the time of this post:

At Godaddy (you can find cheaper) with the standard 10% discount code, you can have the list for $161.82. You would then own 0.28+% of all possible LLN.org domains (there are 6,760 possible). With none available, maybe the wholesale price will jump a few dollars above regfee for each

Edit: Anyone find more than I listed available, please let me know. My prog for checking these is a server-side bot, that was not intended for this purpose, and has been on the fritz since part of it was rewritten. I'm too lazy to manually verify somewhere else..lol

PS: I actually ran it again, and a few more popped-up as unregged. Anyone have another place to run this check that they can recommend to Dongan? :yell:

Same issue as why my server bot can't do .org's well. Like I mentioned, every time run it get a few that were not on avail. list before. PIR (.org registry) does not do well with repeat connections done too fast Yet, I can do .com/.net/.biz/.us/ect. (even most ccTLD's) as fast as my proccessors will go. What does PIR think little ole' me is trying to do? Crash their mega-systems? ( :notme: )

Yeah, I know, I may have found a way around checking .org though using proxy servers to mass connect , requires a proxy list, I'll write a how-to in my program to make it work, and then I'll be for sure the only mass .org searching program =).

In the meantime: If you have a registrar that allows bulk-checking & that is themselves ICANN accredited, you don't run into this PIR issue usually. You can bulk check at some registers up to nealry a third of the possible combos all in one copy+paste action: DomainSite.com (can check 50 at a time), Moniker.com or Godaddy.com (500), GKG.net (2,000 at once).

A domain name's worth is based on these factors IMHO

- Overture (is part of it)
- Amount of registered TLD's with same name (Shows demand for it)
- Google Site Use (reflects need to register)
- Site uses value (shows potential buyers)
- Sales Comparables (shows actual potential extra figures for you)
- TLD value (value of the TLD, since it acts as your final keyword sometimes)
- and Finally Developed Site Value if it's developed.

With this in mind, visit my site dnfinder.net and check out the appraisal guide it'll help you with figuring out the value, if you don't feel like going through it all, I do appraisals for $10 per domain name since it literally takes about an hour to do one properely even with the shell.

Hope this helps, I'm guessing the name gets minimal value from the .org extension and the small overture from BT since you are counting it as 2 words, but you'd have to see a market for letter 5 after it and compare other 2 letter domains with number sales, and you should also refer to 3character.com, anyways good luck with the name.
