They are not. If fact, they are older published domains. The acceptance criteria was changed to disallow all non-.com domains

Old news. We used to, that is why you can still see some .co domains for sale on Brandpa.

    @CrocodileDundee -

From my experience 7-10 days is the norm.

I have had some take only 5 days and a few others take as long as 15 days.

    But a week is typical.

Suggestion - anything longer than 2 weeks you might want to ping them an email.

Can we stop posting listed names? That is not the purpose of the thread

    Agree with Recons.

The intent of this thread is to post your Brandpa Experience, not create backlinks to your listings.

FYI - there is a new NP thread (link is below) about a specific Brandpa experience that I found insightful and interesting.

There are varying opinions (comments) provided in the below mentioned NP thread - some I appreciate - some are outright rude - but what I felt important to share is that the OP's original post provided a direct insight to a seller's "Brandpa Experience".

Personally, I found the original post to be a perfect example of the positive approach and engaging nature of Brandpa management. Very encouraging their "thinking outside the box" to help cultivate a prospect to drive home a potential sale for the seller.

Especially encouraging is the collaborative dialogue that BP management is having with the seller. Not something you see every day with other marketplaces.

A++ for seller engagement, transparency and creative approach to closing the deal.

Best of luck with the sale.

I guess you all know Brandpa no longer provides a reason for "rejections" but I didn't know that so I replied to the rejection email, asking about it, & who replied? none other than Jowita .

Notifying me that they no longer provide a reason, & even providing it one last time.

    very friendly communication.

Does anyone know if Brandpa is still accepting only registered domain names?

I recall about 3 months ago Brandpa changed their policy to longer accept unregistered domains during the Submission process. They auto-reject.

@jowita - Has this policy changed back to allowing non-regd names to be submitted as long as we purchase them prior to paying the Listing Fee? [Please advise] -Thanks.

I need clarification on this. If that’s the case should have been announced.

Well, it happened in May, so probably it was before their policy change.
    Cheers.

They changed it earlier than three months ago. On February 15th 2018 (I checked this in my stats) I had 6 domains rejected with the message "We only accept domains that have been registered". But now I heard rumors that they are accepting unregistered ones again. @Jowita Emberton could you please clarify this?

I got a lot of rejected names, but never with this message.
Now I wonder, If I had my names regged, maybe I would have better acceptance rate?
    We will see.

And yet someone says they had an unregistered domain approved :) @polymorph could you please check the date of approval and the date of registration of the domain name you mentioned above?

I do believe some have snuck through. I bought an accepted name that the person registered on the day I bought it from them. So it went through the process unregistered.

I wish we could submit unregistered. Would make for peace of mind in making a decision to buy or bid etc.

Turned out I have submitted 50 names only.

    Both done on 22.05.
    Submitted on 17.05.

    WHOIS: 2018-05-22T07:00:00Z
    Approval Email: 22/05/2018 16:11

Looks like the reg is earlier, but it is because of the time zones.
