Bought domain here months ago now GD have it as owned by the previous owner

This was already sorted out months ago and now in connection with the domain renewal I see that the previous owner is listed as the owner.

May be you have not 100% transferred and changed the info on domain.

Me and the seller did the deal, did all the email stuff and I was the reg'd owner. Now I am not. I don't really know what more is supposed to be done.

Do you have access to the domain in your control panel?

If you do have access to the domain, change the registrant information.

If you do not have access to the domain, you will have to get internal support to find out more.

When pushing it gives the option to keep contact info the same or have it changed.

Yes that is my guess, you received it with the old whois info on the domain. We will email both the WHOIS contact and the account holder contact when your domain name expires. Check your WHOIS info and DM me if you have any questions.
