Curious, is a negative appraisal (-7$) bad or maybe... exceptional?

After spending a few minutes appraising some of my domains I was left a bit confused.
I wasn't able to interpret the results, as in, I have no idea where those numbers might have come from, what calculations were involved, etc.

The only thing that seemed to be stable was the made-up brandable domains always had an appraisal of $0.

It was fun time though!

But this site says:

Appraised Value: $119,603
Domain Name: Snake-eyes.com

I dont think so....

Clearly you undersold.
