• All the content is well indexed on Google and provides for very good niche targetting based on the subject and titles of topics & threads
• Site has been established since 2001, but neglected over the last 8 months or so. Would need a revival.

Appraisals, constructive comments or suggestions most welcome and appreciated!

I would like appraisals for the entire site, not just the domain name.

Thanks for the appraisals. We will be listing it for sale on multiple sites, over the weekend. The mid $xxxx appraisals seem to be the right range for a reseller or broker, since we had turned down unsolicited offers from end-users a couple of years ago when the site was in full swing.
