I've already opened a thread about them few days ago but it's getting uglier day after day .
Short version :
I've got a domain here from a member and it was registred on Bigrock. I changed the password and got their email with a link.
Few days later I wanted to change the password as it was "incorect". I requested a link to recover the password but nothing. It's been more than 2 weeks now. I tried to contact their email adress "compliance@bigrock . com" but nothing. I keep getting mail delivery error (the email never went to their inbox).
I thought that maybe my adress wasn't working, that's why I sent myself an email from another adress and surprise, it went through. Even I contacted them from my second email and they replied from compliance.....
They asked for some really difficult documents and proofs to get my domain back.
Only one word : Thieves
