Quick question ... How come I see sales up to 90,000,000$ dollars here: http://mostexpensivedomain.name/

While the top sales on https://namebio.com/ doe not exceed 15,000,000$ ?

Is it real sales ?

LasVegas.com is a 35 year transaction, see:

They've paid over $30 million already, but the deal won't be complete until 2040.

Some of those deals are payment plans that haven't completed as @GeorgeK said, some are cash+equity, some include a website/business and aren't for the domain only, some couldn't be verified. Lots of potential reasons.
