This is an affiliate ringtone site (with MediaPlazza). It has earned me $3.13 so far. It gets typein traffic (this was/is one of the most popular searches on Yahoo India). It gets around 400 uniques a month - listed in some of the more popular search engines - great foundation. IMHO the value is in the name.

Turnkey site with the hard work done for you. Dozens of PDF files are uploaded and linked in categories. This alone would take an hour or two or work to accomplish. A great name!

Some traffic (minor 2-3 uniques a day) - 4 searches from Google. Needs a loving home. Could do quite well with the new movie coming out. Lots of potential, but I'm not basing the price on that.

How much ever you want to make it. Currently you'd have to add rooms everyday but I had thought about doing something a little different with not as much time and work as before. Other than that it just needs visitors and members and then it will keep itself active.
