Beware Dynadot found new way to get your cash

like previous times I used dyna to finalize my lead today.
lo behold I get 10% fee.
not the usual 5%
apparently now u need to click on send buyer link now to get 5%

before u just created sale lander and told buyer to go to Name in browser

the 2 actions are and should be viewed as equivalent

this is clearly a way to grab more of your cash.

now they can say.. but u didnt click on... send link


lost 100us on this

for this ripoff they will lose 1000s of my future commissions. congrats dyna. your fired.

told him to go to dn in browser to buy

this is same as send link. but above all I am using my own lead

on top of it that's what I did before too and was 5percent


this will cost dyna 1000s in my future commissions. unless u make it right. as it stands it's not right.

Im sorry you lost some money, but it isn't the same thing. If you have your own buyer you have to send them the link, or how would Dynadot know? If you just sent the buyer to a landing page the name is just listed and being sold on their platform. It honestly sounds like your mistake, not Dynadot's. Better luck on the next one.

I can prove with buye email and everything that I m bringing my own lead

this has nothing to do with buyer buying thru their market and I can 100% show it.. and they already know it and checked anyway cause i emailed them that it was bought via sale lander in browser.

ironically the process to liston their Market vs process to list at 5% for buyer send link on a lead we bring in.. they are identical

the bottom line is... 5perxent is for sellers who have their own lead. vs marketplace buy.

to insist on using send link is a money grab and excuse to get 10percent

I'll pay the 100 more if I have to.
I just warn people here. about money grab. ans inform dynadot this 100 will cost them 1000s in my future commissions and potentially 2nd thought about renewing.

if I was dyna I'd call it bad biz and make it right. I had my own lead. and their terms clearly say 5perxent is for bringing our lead.

I dont deal with tricky money grabs. so dyna is out for me unless they do right thing.

100 is purely principle.

for instance on my android I get logged out after 1h on a 48h or 24h no logout setting.

and all reports of this bug were ignored from u.

Where does the link send you, in any case, here's what it shows!

They haven't been able to find the issue on the bug report as all tests (including ones I did myself) haven't been able to reproduce it unfortunately.
