Best way to make sales on Uniregistry?

I've got an increase in inquiries on Uniregistry but few sales. Normally I have to respond to a price request each time. Maybe I ask too much but I don't think so..

Is the Buy Now feature a better option?

My experience is lots of offers at first then gradually nothing.
I had one offer within hours of listing 10 in first week, but since i changed dns never one
And they said they were marketplace inquiries.
I would have forgotten they exist except for renewal reminders for an xyz
