Really depends on the quality of the domain.
There are domains that are very generic and have plenty of end-users. These are the liquid kind... which you can flip with relative ease...perhaps you'll sell it at a lower price when you are reaching out to an end-user vs. selling at a higher price waiting for the right buyer to come along.
If the domain is of a bad quality,and has very little end-users... there just can't a "best way" of selling such domains.
What you have/buy is what is going to determine the best way of selling your domains.
