I hate domain dropping catch services.

Yeah, sorry about that - I don't usually use drop catch services because I normally have very fast internet but today it did't work that great.
But what's so special about that one? I wanted to develop something nice for Fallout fans on it. It sounds cool. :D

For a while I thought about keeping ToySilo to myself, but then I decided to keep CoinValley and Jetalo instead. Caught Jetalo but CoinValley was backordered (at SnapNames I think) so I had no chance.

My man you have to get used to Drop catching services snagging the good names. Thats the just how it is. One day, when you can afford it you should try back ordering.

Unfortunately that day will never come. DropCatch is powered by hundreds of domain registrars sending registration requests at the same time when the domain is dropping. It's impossible for a domainer to beat them by hand registering the domain before they catch it. The only way to beat DropCatch is to place a backorder with them (or with SnapNames). But for any great domain, there will be multiple backorders at Dropcatch, so it will lead to a public auction when they catch it, and the price will soar above the basic $59 BO fee.

No, I mean if the domains at GD Closeouts are also pending delete. So if the auction closes without any bids, the domain immediatly becomes available for reg.

Expired period is usually when registrars try to sell the domains the owners failed to renew. If there are no bids during that 20 day period, the name enters the pending delete status and this when it will be available for anyone to register again after 5 days in that period. If that is the case, why do people have to wait for the domain to enter the pending delete status to back-order it at higher price instead of purchasing it at closeout, or does it means that a domain purchased at closeout could still be purchased when it is in it's pending delete status.
