Be careful about linking from other sites. This may be against the TOS for your domain parking company.

Why would you want to create traffic for a parked domain? The reason people park domains is to take advantage of traffic already going to the domain. Also I think most of the parking sites won't allow you to send traffic to your page.

Agree with what has been said so far, if I have a domain that is not getting much traffic I'll put up a simple site to start getting it listed in search engines / directories ... Leave it up for a few months to start getting the traffic then just put it back to parking. Of course if you do this sometimes you find that keeping the site will generate more revenu through adverts, just experiment.
