Best day to post auction for sale/auction - and how long?

What would you say is the best day to post a domain for sale/auction and how long?

After choosing a day, please share the time frame you would recommend preferably in US EAST formats or which ever you prefer, but please provide a time frame.

I think this will help alot of members who sell here on NamePros.

I put Monday, start of the week and people are browsing the web for sure in the office/at work.

During the day.. starting around 11AM eastern.

I would say Monday. The first day of the week

I personally put Thursday afternoon - Monday night (US EAST). As alot of people tend to go out on friday night, and thursday seems to be a good day to list on ebay, where people on monday are usually fiddling on there computer after work.
