Starting to become a regular thing offers in this region. In the past i would be very tempted if not flip straight away but I cant sell for this price when others are selling for high $xx,xxx - low $xxx,xxx

Any idea what a reasonable selling price would be considering other sales? Any advice would be appreciated.

No problem. But you may need to sit on it as these kinds of sales may not happen every week or a month and only a few times a year. Also, consider that this is my view and others will consider it optimistic. I just know guys who have made monster sales in this niche and all believe it will only get better.

In my view, your holding an asset that is being increasingly scarce. But we don't know much how the industry will unravel and how much the leverage can blow it up (and/or down...).

Every domain is different. I see this one at $50k high end but $10k minimum to a reseller.
