question Best approach to selling a Super Premium Domain on Flippa?

Hello, I have been selling domains for a few years now but sometimes a great score can be found.

With some fun play on words i grabbed Next.Cab

I believe this is an incredible branding for a cab company and I am going to put the domain on flippa with the ultra premium listing and maybe some homepage feed posts.

Do you think i should get a Domain name appraisal or use a Consultant to sell it, or maybe just do it myself same as this: https://flippa.com/4385658-pokerstar-io-with-buy-it-now-option-it-includes-pokerstar-to-2-domains

If you think it's incredible branding for a cab company, why don't you wait to sell it to that cab company?

Flippa doesn't seem like the optimal route at all for that domain.
