Jack Nicklaus inspired golf domain ( Bears Club ) and Fairwaygolf because every course has a fairway

Welcome to NP

The names sound ok when you say them, but no serious golf club will build on one these names, try and focus on .com names when starting out and at least get some sales under your belt first

I understand your point but a very good easy to remember and very popular .club should sell pretty Quick IMO to the right buyer, not all people feel they want or need a .com

This is not a very good name and .club is not very popular except with a few domainers and the odd Chinese company. Most companies feel they want the .com though, that may not be the same for domainers

Even single words in .club would be very tough to sell, 2-word names are even harder...if you had some like Sports.Club or Golf.Club, then at least they are strong keywords that make perfect sense

You need to check out namebio.com and dnjournal.com to see what types of names sell, read and read for months before registering names, there is a lot of info on this site to help

Have a look at all the new extensions as well and see how sales are going with them...its just easier focusing on strong extensions when starting out, they are easier to sell. I can assure you most companies would have never heard of .club

Some .club domains have sold for over 100k, wine.club and others

but yes I'll try to read more and be patient, good thing is I'm not asking for 40-50k for these

but again not all Domains can be .com that would be very boring. some belong with a .club

Bearsgolfclub.com is available, fairwaygolfclub.com has a sales page lander. In this case, these domains can be .coms. If you're looking to sell to an end user, you will have infinitely more success selling .coms than .clubs

Precisely, thats exactly my point, Wine, Golf, Sport etc....not BearsGolf or FairwayGolf

Also have a look who buys these names, often just large domain investors with deep pockets, they are not necessarily being developed by end-users

Outside the odd nut who jumps in with a list of his domains he wants to sell and the price...
Golf clubs around the world have their own domains and would not be interested in buying another domain.
New golf clubs pop up?
They will go with a .com or piggyback with another golf club owned by the same owner.

BearsGolf.club and Bearsgolfclub.com selling both together for one price...

What would be a reasonable price on that? My thinking tells me about 8k max??

How do you feel that would do? I'm trying to be more reasonable with Pricing

Thank you in Advance :)

Ask yourself, why would anyone pay $8k for a domain they could have paid $2.99 for yesterday? The course you think wants to buy it operates under The Bear's Club and they already own thebearsclub.com, so I doubt they're in the market for a domain name different than the course's actual name.

You will never get $8k for these names, I honestly think you will be extremely lucky to get $80 for the pair

The Bear's Club and they already own thebearsclub.com

You notice the .COM

Just take the advice and save yourself some money
