Because there are already almost no real chances that it will be sold for X,XXX. There are too many domains listed on Brandbucket.

a quality brandable portoflio is a valuable asset,

i have a few domains listed at their marketplace, Zero sales for some good brandables ,
i plan to remove all the domains from their marketplace

i sell regularly brandable by listing on others marketplace

85%+ of my sales come from afternic and Godaddy Bin listing

to get back to the question,
people undersell(i do that also), when they have to cover the renew fees for their portfolio

i have some brandables that are not listed on any marketplace,
i keep them to develop real brand for my future offline projects

there are still gems in brandable, it's a sure long term investment when you understand what make for a good brand
especially with the ecommerce trends of these last 5 years
