I was surprised to see these numbers for the .net extension.
We've 186 4 letter sales in 2022 "including one word type", 3 are in the low five figure range, 63 are a 4 figure sales, 27 in the mid to high xxx and the "AWSM" letters are already registered on 115 extensions.

I'd argue that it has a potential.
You can list it on BB or SH, also, you should set a BIN price for that one on the landing page.
