If you include renewal plus taxes ($15+) it's actually higher - $12 = $27

I'm not sure if they were all expired domains, that said renewals and taxes can also be about $10 with discount club

Anything that was reported as being under $20 was definitely Expiring, because Regular auctions can't be lower than $20.

Yes, they were expiring and bidders factor in at least $10 cost of renewal that comes with winning the auction, hence the cheapest possible on GD without going into closeout (which non do) is $22.

Now I believe all cvcv.org premiums are gone and yes, definitely a good amount of vcvc.orgs available.

4L .net/.org floor price rate is still high. It seems that org could not attract Chinese investors. IMO, 4L.org floor should be min $50-100.
