How come I haven't heard of this before? I think it's funny how this article linked to on the MSN homepage with a little tiny graphic with even smaller words. Plus, it's in the Men's Lifestyle section, so I guess this really isn't news, but more of an update.

So, maybe one day, it won't matter if you own 15 3 letter word .com's, when half of the world is on fire and the other half is under water.

Interesting that a similar story was foretold (as others have pointed out in this thread) by the prophet Nostradamus. He also predicted only a small group of people in Greenland would survive the impact (not sure if that's why you posted that). But it is funny how "Lord's" birthday is on that day.

What a coincidence, I had no idea about Greenland. I was just thinking of somewhere away from S. America, but wanted somewhere not in Europe since everyone will probably just trample over each other there.

On a side note, I wonder if the asteroid hits, and by some weird twist of fate, the only survivors are in the Middle East, if people will stop fighting, or if it will be even more chaotic.

BS. People, not even scientists can predict the future of earth, they can't even specify all the spieces on earth so how can they predict that in 2 years time an asteroid a few hundred lightyears away will head to earth and impact on 29?
