I used to be sad most of the time. (For no reason at all)

But nowadays I am always happy (For choices I have made in last some years)

It wasn't a huge task to filter out unwanted stuff out of my life.

Anyway do I feel happy today? I think Yes I do and I am now capable of handling stress in a different manner so don't feel sad or worried or nervous for things that would make me press "Self Destruct" button in past.

I am happy the vast majority of the time , I find something good out of the bad situations, there is always something positive even if it just a life lesson.

Negative thinking and self pity is a very dark cloud to live under IMO
