The last two from NameJet are probably the cheapest this year (excluding dwn.com sale):

Do you start seeing a trend or not? (on the investor side, I'm not talking about end-user sales)

They are at the moment, but this happens pretty regularly and they always go back up. Its just the domain market. The same thing happens with LLL.net, LL.net, LLLL.com etc

A few outlier low end sales is not a trend. Remember, 13K and 14k is still alot of money in today's world, so some people will opt for that instead of following market prices.
what about people who sell LLL.coms recently for $100K or 150K? we could also say LLL.com prices are "higher" but not really..
