I think the problem with football player name.mobi is that football players that are in vogue today will not be in vogue tomorrow (or in 2 -3 years) when .mobi is predicted to be used heavily. they are not that valuable because you cannot monetize them well.
Although I think StevenGerard or Ronaldinho is a good investment, bu I cannot give you a proper appraisal.
