Are expired domains with tons of junk traffic valuable?

If you see an available, expired domain name that gets hundreds of uniques a day of junk, foreign language traffic what would you do? :-/

I personally do not want loads of traffic that is just there for free stuff or whatever coming in droves...I want traffic that actually has some intention of buying something.

1 visitor that actually comes with credit card in hand is worth many times more than 1000 people who just want to get something for nothing.

If however it is a specific keyword or three that can easily be used to make money, that is different ;)

I bought two expired domains from Dynadot auction. One of them had more than 15K visits a month.I parked them at sedo. There was traffic indeed, but not a single click.I moved it to all parking platforms, until I found a day that the traffic vanished like nothing. The result=>$100 wasted.
I am sure you have got my point.

They're worth exploring as drops for just the reg fee.

They're not worth getting into a bidding war at pre-release auction.

Suppose that it will be a good opportunity to buy it and host any web site there.
