.ai Are 3 letter .ai's worth holding?

Hello all, I have about ten 3-letter .ai's coming up for renewal and debating if they are worth renewing since it's a pretty hefty renewal bill? Any thoughts on that and what were some 3 letter .ai's that have sold? TIA
