UDRP Araldi.com: Four years after a GoDaddy auctions pickup, domain is lost in a UDRP

The expired domain name Araldi.com was picked up at a GoDaddy auction for $449 dollars in 2020. Four years later, a new entity formed by the holders of the ARALDI mark filed a UDRP. What triggered the late filing was the acquisition of the ARALDI 1930 HAND MADE IN ITALY mark in 2023, after a merger of companies that followed the previous trademark holder’s insolvency.
