domain Appraisals Needed for My Portfolio - SugarCo.com

I have a few more domains that need an appraisal please. Most of these are brandable.

1) SugarCo.com - can be used for any purpose. Lifestyle maybe?

2) DefyingLimits.com - Brandable, can be used for anything

3) MyRateToday.com - mortgage related? Finance industry

4) MyRateHero.com - mortgage related

5) NationalHomeLoanCenter.com - mortgage marketing

For me, there are two that strike my attention most: Sugar Co and My Rate Today

Sugar Co - You mentioned lifestyle, I think sugar company. I believe the potential is fair, high hundreds territory, and above

My Rate Today - Generally not a fan of domains beginning with "my" ...but a site offering a "daily rate" of some sort to users (could be anything) ...I believe the scope is decent and could be developed. Mid hundreds territory

Not so confident in the others, in my opinion. The two above are a pass, hope you do well with them

SugarCo.com - althrough ''co'' is not the best add on along with .com, but still stands out off the crowd, indeed.
DefyingLimits I don't think will be too interesting for business, and the rest is simply too long (3-4 words).
