Anyone from Sweden? I got a missed call from there but can't get them back!

Hello!
It seems that yesterday i got a call from Sweden but i missed it.
The code starts from +46 so its from Sweden.

I tried to call back through Skype but i get the operator automated message saying that i have dialed an incomplete number.
I wonder if could anyone help me find who has this number and hopefully call him back.

happened to me before, the call was from Singapore asking for a person I didn't know. She called me twice asking the same thing again and again.. I guess she's not worried paying bills
