Any value in StateTube.com names? Ex: CAtube.com or TexasTube.com. (Tube = online TV)

The point of this discussion is outlined right above. Do you see value in names of this kind? CATube.com or TexasTube.com or alike, state name plus tube dot com. I noticed that all such names are taken.

I would like your opinion on CityTube.com names as well. If a city's population is more than 1mn, and it is not a poor city in e.g. Africa, then how much could this citytube.com name be worth? Thx gents.

Unless you have some state specific content I do not see the need.

You are limiting yourself too much. Go with a generic 5 letter non word if you want to develop.

Far easier said than done. However I would not recommend using the term "tube " in the name if you do decide to go through with it. Also I would say that state specific names would not be worth it.

Been seeing a lot of 'word'tube sales just on sedo sales recently

also recently an 'adultword' tube.com got in some legal trouble, but it wasn't the tube thing. it was content, taken from elsewhere.
there are many very profitable 'word'tube sites out there.
the adult market seems to like them, if thats your 'thang'

no idea. endusers seem to pay quite well for them. from sales on sedo i have seen.
be interesting to see a compiled sales list of these type of names. or even list of developed sites?

No mess out there... State abbreviations are about same as state names, or even more, since they are easier to type in; plus TN and ND have many other meanings (just like CA in the example above). So they are more worthy than plain statetube.com names.
